At Make Impact, we provide supported living services and community outreach support to enable our service users to live a more independent life.
Our staff have undergone comprehensive training to safeguard and meet the varying demands of our service users. They are trained to deal with individuals with challenging behaviour and complex needs. They engage in key working sessions, alongside pro social activities for service users in order to help them develop relevant life skills to integrate in the community.
We have adopted a person-centred approach in delivering our services. Our support is tailored to the needs and preferences of our service users.
